Go to the sticky at https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/heating-air-conditioning/heating-cooling-maintenance-repair-troubleshooting-frequently-asked-questions-58313.html Most heating systems and thermostats use the same red, green, white, and yellow wires. It explains that sometime a blue wire is used in place of a yellow for the A/C coil. Verify yours does before connecting the blue to the Y terminal.
