Hi there is this movie I watched a long time ago and I really liked it, I am bummed to have forgotten to title because I really would like the film so if any one could help me it would be great.

It is about a little girl who lives with her mother.. its starts all around caravans.. they move to a place where there is loads of horses and there is an untamed horse and this little girl tries to get in and see the horse but is carried out right a way...
She gets chucked off a horse and the man that owns the horse andthat has been teaching her to ride runs out and is holding her in the pouring rain...
In the end the girls mother and the man who runs the horses fall in love.

I think this is about all I can remember of the film, but I know that the girl wanted to ride the horse and ended up winning a race on him too..
