What is the difference between a cash flow statement and a fundsflow statement?

Here is fundamental difference is cash is only one item in the funds. Funds include all financial resources. Cash flow statement identifies reasons for difference in cash balance in two balance sheets. Hence it consider only transactions which affect the cash balace.
Fund flow consider all transactions.
