I live in a 1960's post and tention conrete high rise building where the plumbing for the master bathroom is all in one wall including the drainage for the toilet/shower/sink. The toilet is wall mounted. I have no access to running pipes through he concrete floor.

1) In this type of siutation, is it possible to move the toilet over along the same wall approximately 1 to 3 feet?

2) Currently there is only one sink and I would like to add a second sink next to the existing one. Is this possible?

3) Is it possible to add a tub in another location raising it off the floor to provide space below for drainage pipes. Is it possible to run water pipes inside the walls around corners and have a turn in the drainage pipe underneath in order to connect to the existing in the wall.

Yes, you may open up the wall, remove the carrier and elbo over to the desired location and elbo out to pick up the toilets carreier.

Yes. Install a vanity with two lsinks, connect them under the cabinet with a contentious waste and use the same trap and vent for both.

Not enough information to answer this one.Water pipes can be run anywhere. It's the drainage that gives you problems. Explain "existing in wall"?
If this is a stubout then how high off the floor is it? What's its size? What material is it? Copper? Plastic or galvanized? Is it vented?

If this is a condo you would be wise to check with the management office. Much of what you want to change is not within your property. You do not own inside the walls. This is probably not going to end up as a DIY project so you may call a licensed plumber for an estimate. The management will likely require a licesed plumber anyway.
