Okay I've been working on this book for over a year "The Wars of Elf Wood" but I was rushing to a certain point in the book that I thought of ahead of time and was excited to get to but in my rush I've kind of ruined my book (I'm not even to the point I wanted to be yet). To top it off I am now suffering from writers block! So here's my question... anyone got an idea on how I could fix how I wrote my book without chaning what I wrote (if that makes sense), well rephrase my book is what I'm saying and... anyone got a cure for writters block!! It's driving me crazy T-T

You need to write down each idea as it comes, even if you have less than a paragraph for the 9th chapter and you are only on chapter 3 write it all down and piece it together as you go.
Try to picture things as you go and imagine where to take it from there.

That's my problem though... I get an idea and I have it in my mind I should piece things together but I rush the book towards that part I come up with and the words between that part and where I started just doesn't ever look or sound right to me. Am I just self conscious about my writing? I've been wondering that but I don't feel as uncertain about my other novel I've also been working on for a long time "Arra".
