It can take most healthy couples up to a year to get pregnant.

Visit your doctor, inform them you are trying to get pregnant. They will do a pre-pregnancy workup and should include bloodwork to make sure all your hormones are at the right levels to achieve pregnancy.

Most doctors won't step in to do any testing, or offer help until it's been a year of trying the 'ol natural way ;)
