Hello
I purchased a Hampton Bay ceiling fan with remote. The room is wired with 2 wall switches for the ceiling fixture. It has the following colored wires, black, white, red and green. The black wire works off one switch and the red wire works off the other switch. I am trying to wire the ceiling fan / lights to work off their own switches. My problem is, to wire the fan/light there are two input wires red and white and the output wires are blue - Fan, black - lights, and white - com. I can get the fan and light to work off one switch, but you need to use the remote to turn the fan off and on. Is there a way to get the light and fan to work on their own switch?
Thanks
