Two years ago I painted by porch and wall way which are concrete. I was told by the dealer that this was paint specifically for concrete. However, within a year the paint began to peal. My question is twofold:

1. How do I remove the paint?

2. Is the a special paint for painting concrete?

I think a pressure washer might work to get the paint off, especially since it's already pealing. Or maybe even sanding it like you would with a wood surface.
You can higher someone, rent one, or even buy one at a hardware store like Lowe's or Home Depot.
They'll also be able to tell you what type of paint to get, and other ways to get the paint off.

Go to Lowe's and ask for some "krud Kutter" Spray it on and let sit for a while then scrub off

I agree with Flboy0638, because Lowe's ,Home DEpot Some Lumber yards. Have you can put on ,let set for awhile the clean up, Also you best not use regular paint to redo floor .There is special paint for concrete,it will look better, last a lot longer good luck F.B.E. ;;:

Home Depot has a power tool to rent specifically for removing paint from concrete.

Painting concrete has more to do with preparation than anything else. It must be etched with muratic acid or similar, otherwise you'll end up with a peely mess. It also must be fully cured before painting.

If this is a floor, I'd investigate other coating systems for concrete.
