I am a single mom I have gotten no help from my daughters father, not since she was born. When we lived together he paid half of the rent some times and that is it. I paid for diapers, formula, food, babysitter, heat, electricity. I left him 2 yrs ago he was abusive and a drug abuser. He has popped in and out wanting to see her and then not. I am still scared of him. I used to take her to his house and pick her up from his house, send diapers and even money once so that he could feed her. We were never married. I just thaught that much information had to be given before my question could be answered.

I have moved out of the state can he make it so that I have to come back to the state since I didn't ask him, or worse could he get her from me?

Did you two go to court and work into details custody issues? If not.. the answer is no he can't make you come back.. and he can't take your daughter.. but he could take you to court over custody. If you two did go to court before and have a custody agreement, you just need to look at the details of the agreement.. that would tell you everything you need to know.
