I'm a 20 year college guy (straight) and I'm facing difficulty dealing with my friend (a guy) who is about 19 years old. We've been friends like for 2 years. Sometimes, this guy talks to me and sometimes he doesn't just for no reason at all. There was a one day, we talked and laughed together just like any other friends do, But on the next day, when we were with a bunch of people in the university, he didn't look at me at all and he acted like he doesn't know me though I was very close to him! He made it difficult for me to say hi to him. This has resumed like for 10 days not talking to each other or even say hi though he was in my class and we see each other every single day! I was really mad at him! I kept thinking if I've done anything wrong to him or not! But really I did nothing wrong to him at all! After 10 days from that or so, he saw me walking with a friend but I didn't look at him. When he crossed us by, my friend ,whom I was walking with, happened to know that guy and tried to say hi to him and then he replied him back by saying hi and before he walks off, my friend continued saying to him like how are you and what you doing till that guy looked at me and guess what he first told me!! He said with a very light intonation, hey squall!! It's been a long time! Where are you I don't see you these days.. and we talked like for 5 minutes and then he went for a class or something.. I was really shocked! And confused and I couldn't really know what he means! Was he saying the truth? :confused:

Also, before a week, when I was sitting alone, that guy happened to come and started to look at me , but when I looked at him back, he took his eyes off me quickly!
I really don't know why! This is really strange...

Any help from you guys would definitely be appreciated ;)

My guess maybe could be that he didn't intend on ever talking to you again but when confronted with you right there didn't know what else to say.

Really? Maybe your right.. but you know what?
One day, I tested him whether he really wants to ever talk to me. When I was going to the library where that guy works there, I saw him standing in the circulation disk talking with two of his friends.. I said to myself that since that guy doesn't want to talk to me, then why I should bother myself looking at him or even saying hi to him.. but the problem here is when I crossed him by (10 cm in between), he called me! And then we talked to each other again..
I feel like I'm ending myself inside a loop or something :confused:
