I have been experiencing headaches on the left side of my head . The headache is constant and encompasses the entire left side of my head from the base of my skull to the front of my forehead and behind my left eye. I have to take ibuprofen several times a day and get very little relief. It basically just takes the edge off the headache. The headache creates a strange sensation that is hard to describe. The right side of my head is completely fine, no pain what so ever and left side is pulsating. It progressively gets worse throughout the day.

I had headaches like that years ago. I would get them and they wouldn't go away for days. It was on my left side starting from my neck up to behind my ear. I had them for about 3 years. I would go to the Dr. all the time, I would get shots and they still would come back. I have had cat scans. The Drs. Were even getting tired of me complaining. Well one day as I was talking on the phone, and I talked on the phone A LOT. I would balance it on my right shoulder against my cheek. I started feeling it pulling on my left side. It felt like a muscle that started from my neck to almost the top of my head. I never held the phone that way again and never got that headache again. I can't believe it took me years to figure that out. There wasn't anything medically wrong with me and I hope there isn't with you either. I would still go to the Dr. if it doesn't go away.

Thank you for your comment Shanni4 but I don't think that is my problem. It went away yesterday but last night I was sitting on my bed and it came back just like that. I was not on the phone and to tell you the truth I don't talk on the phone that much. Thank you anyway. Have a good day!
