View Full Version : Sick all the Time?

Hello everyone! :D OK so firstly... I am going to see the doctor about this so no need to tell me to. But my appointment is just over a week away and I was just wondering if anyone could give me some quick fixes or whatever (or maybe even recognize what's wrong with me) until then.

so, for the past few weeks I have been getting sickness flashes (I doubt that is a medical term :) ) it's kind of hard to explain, I just randomly start to feel like I'm going to be sick. Also sometimes I get stuck in a 30 second warning state (that feeling you get just before you're going to be sick) and it doesn't go away. Another weird thing is that I get (what I call) reverse motion sickness in cars, I'm fine while driving but when we're stopped at lights or whatever I get uneasy and again feel like I'm going to be sick. It is worse in public because I'm so paranoid about being sick it makes me anxious, and what a vicious cycle that creates.

my stomach is just really weak lately and I don't know why. I have gone to the chemist but everything they have given me did nothing. So while I'm waiting to get to the doctor is there anyone who can shed some light on this or what I can do to not feel so sick all the time because it starting to effect my job and other parts of my life.

Thanks in advance 4 any help, I really do appreciate it!! :D
