I pay a company every month for 36 months. To pay my credit cards debt off. Just the other day a received a civil action for one of the cards. And they say that nothing they can do. What was I paying them for ( to sit on there butts)! They told me that I should have been saving. Know what do I do about the civil action and the company that I pay for 36 months? The credit card company what's all of their money.

This company that was paying your debt off obviously wasn't or you wouldn't be in trouble. What accounting did they offer you to show you what they were doing? You can't just assume that they were doing this for you. Were you asking questions and receiving statements showing your debt going down?
Junebug, you will have to proceed with the civil action, take your records with you, name this company that has been taking your money and see what happens.
