The judge has signed an Entry of Default against my ex-boyfriend. I was needing to find out how to go about freezing his checking account or putting a lien against some of his property. I already have the Default Judgment in the amount of $3781. Now its just collecting.

Take the judgment to the sheriff in the courthouse. Tell them where his bank is and where he works. The sheriff will serve it. You may need to go back to court and get an execution of judgment. But the sheriff will know.
