I have a new Samsung flat panel TV & new toshiba dvd/vcr combo. Cannot successfully connect them. Toshiba came with 3 wire (red, whitc & yellow) connector. HELP!

Radio shack, best buy have this converter thing I forget what its called, but you connect your wall cable to TV, then get and extra cable (shorter one) to connect TV to converter then you connect those three wire to the converter, and your dvd/vcr.
Some t.vs depending on the year or the make are not compatible with the dvd/vcr, so that's why they came out with this converter thing. Sorry I can't remember the proper name. But just go to your local electronics store and they will help you. Mine cost around 40-50$ but it was worth not having to buy and new TV! Good luck
