As I said in a precious answer today, you already have the first requirement to loose weight: your will to do so. Start with moderate daily exercise and changes in your food intake to lower the amount of calories you obtain each day.

As this is a very often asked question I would recommend a very well written web page I found which is free and gives sound explanations and information about losing weight:
How to lose weight the healthy way (http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/health_advice/facts/loseweight.htm)

I hope this can be part of a response and you find it useful.

Also, you may consider consulting with your doctor to be sure there is no medical condition involved in your sudden weight gain

Ok you know you need to exercise 3-4 times a week, go easy at first, but even walking outside with the baby will help a lot. Next write down what you eat and keep track of it for a couple of days, eliminate presweetened drinks like soda, and instead drink lots of water, or low fat/skim milk. Choose lean meats, but you only need 2-3 oz. of meat, a serving, of things like skinless chicken, turkey breast, loin type meats, and fish, then pile on lots of steams or gently cooked or baked veggies, Fruits, seeds and nuts are great snacks. Cut out fried, fast foods, cut out white flour products like bread, rice, and choose whole grain, wheat breads, cereals, rice and pasta. As long as your watching Portion sizes you'll be OK, learn to read the nutritional labels on the foods you eat and really try to stick to one serving size suggestions, it goes along way in helping you maintain, and keep the weight off, you want to lose weight, but not too much you'll need a lot of energy with a new baby, just make healthier choices. Losing 2-3 pounds a week is a healthy way to maintain weight loss and along with some exercise you keep the weight off!

I fully, fully disagree with any blanket "lowering" of calories.

What if she's only ingesting 800 calories per day? She already says she's "eat very less."

If you want be healthy, stop focusing on "losing" anything and instead focus on building a healthy awareness of your body. Build some muscle that you've likely lost in the months you've been sedentary, and focus on eating lean, natural foods.
