Im a first time offender I got a DUI I was put on probation for a year. How much jail time would I get since I missed a pee test? I went to the place but I guess on Saturday they close early so maybe she will let me slide even though ignorance of the law is no excuse..

Im just worried about going to jail. If I do get violated would getting my lawyer be a good thang?

1. Contact them Monday morning early when they open, and contact your PO and explain it, if you have not been a problem they may let it go.
2. having an attorney is always a good idea anytime you go before a judge
3. no one knows but the judge what he would do, you could go back for the entire probation time frame
