Hi,

I read a quote from Bruce Lee who has, in my opinion, interesting quotes he created and borrowed from philosophy he read.

If you spend too much time thinking about a thing, you'll never get it done.

A short quote yet very interesting.

I think it's true since I observe some fears in my way of thinking, what I've observed is that the more I think about doing something I want, the more it becomes difficult to take action and the more I fear it won't work because I think about the obstacles I may face and the fear of failing.

So many people I've met are full of good intentions and plans, but they never manage to even get started. I think this is because of the fear of failing that grows bigger and bigger with time.

So my point is, to reach something you really want; better act now before you let the fear of failing take control of you.

I observe this theory in my own life and I think it makes a point.

Just let me know what you think about this.

Greetings.

That is true. Often people think about how they are going to do something because it is easier to think about it than do it and they procrastinate.
Some people think about how they could do something but it is easier not to be bothered and they remain complacent.
Some people think about things and all the negative obstacles and don't even bother and they are negative people.
Some people are told by negative people it can't be done and they try anyway. They tend to have a more positive outlook on life.
So I think that how you look at things says a lot about who you are.
