If you have gone seek medical help and there are no negative results, you're not getting pregnant might be stress related. Maybe you and your husband are so busy with work? Try to relax, enjoy and make love without the pressure at the back of your mind that you have to get pregnant. I have a friend, she was diagnosed that her only left ovary ovulates, though it's not impossible for her to get pregnant but it will really be hard, since it will be all about perfect timing. They gave up trying so hard and just enjoyed themselves, now they have 2 children .

It can take most healthy couples at least a year before they fall pregnant... so although it seems like a long time to you, 3 months is just the tip of the iceberg.

You have to take into consideration many factors like...

Have you recently come off birth control... if so you need to give your body time to get it out of your system and regulate your hormones back to normal. If you were on the Depo shot, that can take as long as 18 months to clear your system.

Have you gone to your doctor and told them you are trying to get pregnant... if not, you should. They will do a pre-pregnancy check up and usually include bloodwork to make sure all your hormones are at the right levels to achieve pregnancy.

Do you smoke... if so quit, it greatly reduces fertility.

Start a prenatal vitamin if you haven't already, and start exercising and eating right to get your body its healthiest.

Once you check out and address all these issues you could start tracking your cycle. See how many days it lasts, and determine your most fertile time. This site can help you.
American Pregnancy Association : Getting Pregnant: Ovulation Calendar (http://www.americanpregnancy.org/gettingpregnant/ovulationcalendar.html?menstrual=07%2F28%2F2007&cycle=)

You could also try using ovulation tests to determine when you should ovulate. Once you figure out your most fertile time window, use that as a guide to start testing. Once you get a positive ovulation test, you should ovulate in the next 36 hours.

Remember, many many factors have to be just right in order for pregnancy to occur.

So try to relax and have fun with it :)

Good luck!

I am in the same boat as you! My husband and I have been trying since June with no luck. I have been using the ClearBlue fertility monitor since July. It has shown that I should be ovulating around the 14th or 15th day, but I am still missing that small window of opportunity. Everyone keeps telling me to relax and it will happen. But that is easier said than done. I am a type A personality and when I want something I want it now! LOL! But I must be patient. My mother who is a nurse suggested using a baking soda douche around ovulation time. She said I may be too acidic and that would cause a not so good environment for sperm. I may try it this month, but I have also read not to douche. If I hear of any other tricks I will let you know! Good luck!
