Who levied the account, if it's the IRS they will take about 95%, that is what happened to me... when I called and spoked to them they worked out a plan, but did not refund me back my $800 from my $900 check... good luck

I will not dispute Irma, but the IRS can garnish your chekcing account for back taxes and leave you NOTHING!

If your employer is taking back the check, taking 100% is perfectly legal. You agreed to this when you signed the paperwork authorizing the direct deposit of your check.
