What is the filing status for fereal income taxes for H2B workers from Mexico?

If you were H-2B for every day of the year, you file as a resident alien, filing Form 1040/1040A or 1040EZ.
If not, you will file as a dual-status or as a non-reident alien, depending on when you arrived.
