I am in a relationship for about a year and a half now. She is a wonderful person, in time we have discovered that she is not interested in marriage nor kids, she has been divorced, has two girls. I have one daughter. She has been very secretive, I have found out that she has and is in contact with her ex. We hardly have our nice challenging chats or fun anymore. I keep trying to show all my love to her. What do I do now?:(

Sometimes it is just not going to happen, Shaun. Looks like she still wants her ex. Don't hold out hope for a relationship that is one sided. Find a girl who wants a relationship with only you. Good Luck

One be honest. Tell her you don't like that she kept talking to her ex and it isn't justifiable nor respectful for her to do so. Second tell her you want to make it work but you fear you BOTH are growing apart. If she isn't as eager to patch it up, you need space, take a break and see what happens after that. Stop mucking around with the notion you could have transparency when there is no communication.

The signs are right in front of you so gently create a little distance between you and her and simply increase that distance till she's out of sight.
