I am six weeks pregnant and every night I have nightmares about losing my baby or husband, most nights I wake up and can’t go back to sleep. When I had my m/c back in June two weeks before I miscarried I began having these dreams, could this be a sign of a miscarriage? I am so afraid of having an m/c.

I had two miscarraiges and they suck. Fear of having one can cause stress. Stress can cause nightmares and can cause our bodies to react in ways we don't want them to. Find a way to relieve stress (I pray), and trust that things will all work out. I almost had a third miscarriage, but God gave me my second son. Worry is worthless.
The hormones produced in pregnancy work on the brain. It is normal and very common to have nightmares in pregnancy. There is nothing to them, you probably won't have a miscarriage.
Heck with all 4 of mine I either dreamed I gave birth to a monkey or (worst one) a dead full term baby.
It is just a hormonal response and nothing to be concerned about.

I have had a ton of strange dreams throughout this pregnancy. At first my dreams concerned me but now they seem to be a normal part of my day... or my night. I wouldn't stress about your dreams. It is just your hormones getting the best of you.
