SUBJECT: Safe removal of old version of Microsoft Messenger software,
Prior to installtion of new version of Microsoft Messenger software.

Nature of Problem: With prior hard drives, after the installation of the usual
Software, I'd endup with two versions of
Microsoft Messenger software.

In order to prevent this from happening again...

Request for insturction: How do I safely remove the older version of
Microsoft Messenger software
Prior to the installation of the newer version
Of the same software?

Hi,
Go to Control Panel, then Add/Remove Programs.
Scroll down to "Microsoft Messenger" , or whatever name it has, and left click on it to highlight it. Then, click on the Remove button.
