What ever you do do not use anything with hydroquinone. That stuff is dangerous. It will cause you a whole lot health problems. Try getting a Chemical peel, it lighten skin tone instantly but it is pricey..

Moisturize that area and keep it clean and use some detoxifying cream there.
Regular miosturising will help a llllot but the result is bit slow.
