Your best bet would be to narrow down when you should ovulate. If you are having regular periods, this can be done quite easily with ovulation test strips or the use of this site...

Your body signs will start to change too when you are most fertile... like your vaginal discharge will become very slick and stretchy. It is important for your body to be fertile to help the sperm travel and live longer in the body. (In a fertile environment, sperm can live up to 5 days!).

Once you detect when you should ovulate, it is best to have sex a few days before, that way you are sure not to miss the window.

Start taking a prenatal vitamin, if you aren't already.

And I know its hard, but try to relax. Stress can throw off your cycle and make it harder to get pregnant.
