I am totally fed up with seeing all these celebritys that look absolutely gorjus in photographs falling out of clubs... like please they surely carnt have a personal makeup artist for a night out on the town!

Anyway Lilly allen for example has realllyy bad bags when she isn't wearing make up but when she does looks fab with no eye bags!

How can I doo this for cheap... get rid of my eye bags

Also is there any makeup out there that us non celebs can afford that gives us flawless skin?

I heard that cold damp tea bags do the trick for the eye bags
