I have Kenmore Refrigerator Model 596.79142990. Some juice from meat leaked in the refrigerator the other day and there is a vent in the back that seems inaccessible but I really think I need to clean this someone. This refrigerator came with the house we bought so I don't have an owner's manual. I checked the Kenmore (Sears) website and have not found that manual. Does anyone know where I can find a manual or how I could get the fridge cleaned and get rid of the smell?

There is almost inevitibly a drip pan accessible when removing the front bottom grill. This is where I might start. Clean the bottom under the crisper trays. This is usually where the drain from the interior is. Place an opened box of baking soda in the fridge. It will absorb odors.
