The TCS light and the BRAKE light are on and stay on all the time. Does anyone know what this means?

What's the TCS light? Is this Traction Control System?
Try spraying the brake light switch, located above the brake pedal, with WD-40 and working the pedal several times. It should go out. It it doesn't, check its adjustment. The brake light should also go out, if you remove the connector to the brake light switch.
