Hi, I'm 20 years old and have just been told that they think I might have chromes disease.:eek: I know there is no diet to follow but was wondering if anyone could give me any tips on what is good to eat. Everything I seem to be consuming is not agreeing with me it either makes me feal sick, really bloated or both. And the pain is unbairable!! Can anyone help?? :confused:

You can chat to other people in a similar situation, learn coping strategies. You can even get a card which you can use to ask to use bathroom in emergencies. Overall it is a very nice community who will be able to guide you.
