We found a stock certificate in a storage we had purchased. It for Bank of america 1976 for 60 shares. What can I do with it?

Not much. Obviously the name on the certificate is not yours, so you can't just deposit it in your own brokerage account. If you try to do something nefarious with the stock certificate you could be charged with fraud. It may be that the rightful owner has already reported the certificate lost and has a replacement, in which case the company won't honor the old certificate anyway.
I suggest turning it into the lost property department at your local police station.
