I have a 92' accord ex.I wouldn't turn over.at first I thought it was the battery, so I went out and bought new one.well it didn't work.I turn the key it make a sound.doesnt even strain to turn on.I cleane the post and the contacts, plus the wires.no go.I have power, the lights turn on and everything electrical works.its had starting problems before where it would take me awhile to get it going.but even then at least it turned over.I did push the car on empty a bit to far yesterday.but this morning it worked fine my wife drove me to work.but after that it didn't turn oon any more.my wife just got hired taking care of elderly people and this is our only car anybody that can help we'd really appreciate it.

Sounds like either the starter motor is not receiving power (clean connections on solenoid and starter motor) or the starter motor/solenoid is bad.
