I need a bit of help I had my last period on 14 August so I am about 20 days late I have all the symthoms of being pregnant like needing the loo more feeling very hungrey and very tired I took 5 hpt and they can up negative and I also went to the doctors and there test came up negative ( the doctor told me to take folic acid just in case) that was on the 24th of September I have to go back on the 8th of October if I still didn't start my period but on the 28th of September when I was 17 days late I took a test and it was posative I was wondering since I have to kids already I'm just confused is it possobile that I am pregnant :confused:

Its definitely possible to be pregnant, even with all those negative tests. Its much more likely to get a false negative then a false positive. There are a lot of women who also don't get a positive test before at least 5 weeks. My half sisters mom, she was at 16 weeks pregnant still getting negative tests! I also have a very close friend who has been pregnant 6 times, she has not once been able to get a positive before 7 weeks.
If I were you, I would go back to the doctor and ask for a BETA.

You levels of Hcg obviously weren't high enough yet to register positive on the tests you took before. Hcg doubles every 2 days, so by you waiting just 4 days to retest, your Hcg has quadrupled!

I was 6 weeks pregnant with my son before I got a positive test. All of them, including the Dr's urine test came out negative, when in fact I was pregnant.

I have to go back to the doctors on Monday so I hope they can find out what's wrong as I still have not got AF ill keep posting and thanks to everyone who took time to post the comments and help me mwah xxxx
