It could be cancer. See the vet before it spreads. Having a dog neutered eliminates the common testicular and prostate cancers.

If you need a second person to stress how important it is for you to bring your dog into the vet, here it is. Please follow labman's advice. This is not one of those things that you should wait on. I am very concerned. Please get him into the vet this week.
