If someone calls me restricted on my cell can I get the number by calling the phone company?

Probley not. If they are calling you it means they either A)Are calling from a Land-line (Not always) or B) They pressed * whatever the number is. I doubt the phone company will tell you.

No the phone company SHOULDN'T tell you the number!
Are you getting nuisance calls? If you are the company should offer to change your number for you!

They won't offer. You have to ask. That's what I had to do. I was getting phone calls from random people so I had them change my number.
