Well I'm 17 and I'm shoter than mostly every 1 at my school. Six months ago I got diagnosticated that I had growth hormonne defieciency. I started to inject myself the hormones. I also remember that the doctor said not to do weights. The thing is I want to be toned and loose the xtra weight I have. So can you tell me what would happen and if it's a good idea to start doing weight?

Doing weights tightens mussles, this makes it harder for bones to grow lengthwise. The weight also compresses the bones slightly. It's best to let yourself grow up, this will distrubute the fat over a larger area and will make it slightly less noticeable while you're on the hormones. When you get off and if you're not happy, then start lifting weights.
