I changed the main relay first and then checked the fuses 2nd. I noticed that the ACG (S) fuse was blown. I replaced it and the car started right away, then died. The car died immediately after the new 15amp (AGG (S)) fuse blew... any suggestions

The problem may be the alternator. There could be a short in a field winding, for instance. Try replacing it with a known-good alternator and see if the problem is solved. Alternatively, remove the alternator and take it to an auto parts store for testing, which most will do for free.

The alternator checks out fine, any other ideas please

That fuse also goes to cruise control and gauges. Also, ensure wiring and connectors to alternator are okay.

If the problem occurred after replacing the main relay, you may want to substitute another one and see if the problem goes away.
