I'd say try the 5x gel from Fair and Flawless.
And request it in the 2oz size, if 4oz price is too much.
This product is specifically made for the body. It's hard to find lightening products for the body.
Some face creams are just too weak. The knees and elbows are especially tough to soften and lighten!
You should probably start using a light buff pad on those area's right now while your trying to figure out which creams to try. I bet the product will penetrate more if you do.
If you don't mind using hydroquinone I would get the Fair and White Serum.
It's 5% hydroquinone and it's really cheap!! (the company will only admit to 1.5%)

Those are pretty strong products as far as I know. You can add the serum to a lotion but I would use the serum alone, just put it in those area's straight from the bottle.

Try lemons or limes, let it stay for 3-5 minutes. Rinse then rub some poisturizer.
Note: Don't ever forget the moisturizer!

Definitely the 5x gel from Fair and Flawless. But I feel bad for saying that to you. This product is so strong it's scary. I needed something strong enough for my body but I forgot that the neck is to be treated more like the face so now I have white patches all over my neck. I'm Ashanti's color but my neck is way darker than my face and the patches are white. The product is too strong and works too fast. It is too aggressive for my skin. Not to mention that I was using the extra strength. I wanted something fast because I'm going to travel but that's too much. I think that slowly but surely is the key. Now I will order some tretinoin to fix that and hopefully to get my skin even again. I truly believe that this will lighten your knees and elbows, but I hope without consequences for you!
