Can an ordained minister perform a legal ceremony at sea

I think that would be if the ceremony is sanctioned by the Captain of the vessel. The Captain of the ship can perform those ceremonies . . . So, why not? All he has to do is say, "Okay!" . . . Is there something "special" about this Ordained Minister that you are taking aboard the ship with you? BTW, I don't think a minister can marry himself . . . Even at sea. Even if it's the Red Sea . . . And he's a Muslim Cleric. Ha! Just kidding.
