We are building a YURT. We are building rooms inside. We do NOT want to put any holes in the walls or roof for the bathroom vent, but DO want an inside bathroom. Would it work if we vented between the walls? Where we live, a composting toilet is not an option.
Thank you for any advice on how to do this.

This would be called a "local vent" and would allow sewer gas to enter your YURT. (Can I order two pounds of yac butter from you?) A much beter and more sanitary solution would be to install a AAV,(Air Admittance Valve on the vent. That would allow the system to vent but would keep sewer gas from escaping. Regards, Tom
