I just got this kitten and she keeps trying to eat ice cream and pizza and sandwitches. My sister gave her some ice cream after she kept trying to get it. Will this hurt her? Is it normal? If it's not how do I get her to stop trying to get it? :confused:

My cat loves ice cream.. pizza and sandwiches? No - I doubt its healthy for them. Ice cream is OK, I just let my kitty lick the bowl after I'm finished. Stick to cat food (pellets) and fish :P (they like it mixed together - then again.. my cats are all pigs.. so yeah heheheh)

Milk can give cats diarrhea, so only let your kitten have very small amounts. "People food" should make up only a very small part of the kitten's diet. Having said that, mine have a few things that they really like (rice pudding, if you can imagine that!), so they get to lick the bowl when I am done with it.
