Hi,

I applied for a position in a company to work abroad. My application interested them and they send me a questionnaire with one question which is: " In what kind of environment are you most comfortable?"

Frankly I have no idea of what theyare thinking when they ask a question like that.

Could you help me please?

Thanks

They are prompting you to open up to them about yourself. For them, it's a way of seeing more about you and how you handle situations. Say for example, an irate traveler calls the office and you answer... how are you going to react to that...

It could be viewed as a psychology question, of sorts. Just answer the best way you think you'd feel most comfortable. Not like pj's and slippers! But more like: fast paced... phones ringing off the hook kind of thing... or a mellow internet application handler type...
