have found two red/dark spots inside my mouth, inner cheek, what are they?
Are they painful? How long have they been there? How old are you? Need more information before anyone can tell you anything.

Does it look like blood blisters from biting the inside of your cheek?I get these if I bite the inside of my cheek while eating,and they usually are tender for a few days.

I have dark red patches in the check of my mouth been there 8 weeks dentist trying precriptions but are not working now they want blood work what are they looking for? My mouth is very score.

Mhe red patches in the checks of my mouth have been there 8 weeks or longer they are bright red I'm not chewing the sides of my mouth I'm 52 years old, they hurt when I touch it or eat and drink certain things. Dentist have tried precriptions but they are not helping now they want to try some blood work please tell me what they are looking for/
