I have this really old animated movie playing itself over in my head and I haven't seen it for more than 15 years. I watched it as a little girl and I have no idea what it's called and hoping someone can help! The part I remember most vividly is where four wizards, one from each season I think, meet in the woods. A lake freezes over and a whole lot of other stuff happens to this main character but I can't remember much else. Maybe a cloak was involved? If anyone has any idea what I'm talking about and can help me out it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

The only movie that rings a bell to me is "the selfish giant" where Frost and Snow come to live in the giant's garden and then they invite North Wind and Hail to come to his garden too. It's on YouTube if you just search for "the selfish giant" if you want to take a look.
