Can you misscarry with out bleeding I been having back pain and cramping every once in a while but no bleeding they checked hcg yesterday and they were 463 and I'm around 4 to 5 weeks is this normal?? I have still been having a lot of pregnancy smptoms and they are getting worse but I'm just really confused and scared

If you are ever in doubt, it doesn't hurt to pay a visit to your doctor. Some women get crampy right in the beginning, but a doctor visit is the only way to be sure that everything is OK. :)

OK thank you I have an appotment tommarow just a little worried about my hcg level and they are doing it again tommarow and I don't know what to expect just nervous

Its normal to be nervous sweetie. Every time I had some little thing wrong with me while I was pregnant I wanted to go to the hospital and get checked out.

Let me know what happens at your appointment tomorrow. And do yourself a favor and don't stress, and don't come to any conclusions until you talk to your doctor. They know what they're doing ;)
