I work for a large corporation - is it legal for them to make me work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week while I am 7 months pregnant? I am a manager, and the employees would be going on strike, therefore forcing me as a manager to work 12hr days - 7 days a week, or else I will be "fired". I have a doctor's note saying that I can only work 40 hours a week, but my boss said that is not good enough - I will still be fired if I don't work 12 hour days, 7 days a week. Help - is this legal?

No they can not work you over the 40 hours as long as there is a medical reason. With that said, of course they can find something you do wrong to fire you ( not related to the hours of course)

Noted - forgot to mention that my boss said I have to have a "reason" I can't work. Pregnancy is a condition, not a disease. So do I have to have something "wrong" with me?
