Hi everyone, I have an evcon gas furnace in my mobile home, and it works fine, heats up and blows warm air, the problem is that the motor runs constantly, its very annoying(the blower does not go all the time only when it is heating). I was wondering if this is a hazzard that I should be worried about letting it run all day and night. What could the problem be and am I able to fix it myself. Someone told me to make sure the furnace is on auto, but the only switch I see is a fan/off/on switch. Could the auto switch be somewhere else?

If you switch the fan over to on the blower should run all the time. This should get you by till you visit the site below. It is dedicated to mobile home furnaces and all other item for mobile homes. Great site. Be sure to have the model number of you furnace so when you ask your question we can look your furnace up and tell you what part is defective.

You should have a switch inside the front cover of the furnace right down below the blower left side of the box that all the wire go to make sure its in auto.
