Ahahah that movie cracks me up.


ANYWAY!

Fruit.
Veggies.

All that fun stuff.

Is it true that all the nutrition is in the skin? People say "Oh the best part is the skin!"

Well what if I hate the skin. I hate it. So that means I won't get the fiber or vitimans. Et.c

So is this true?

It may sound all made up, but you need fruits and veggies everyday, I did not stipulate skin, I said fruits and veggies. A blanced diet contains all nutrients, in the range we need. For instance:
2 cups fruits
1/2 cup veggies all for energy

Select 5 veggies subgroups, dark green leafy, orange, legumes, starchy veggies, and other veggies, several times a week.

You need 3 or more ounce or equiv. of whole grain products per day.
3 cups per day of fat free/low fat milk or milk proucts.

Don't eat the skins, broil, bake, eat raw but just make sure you get fruits and veggies, PERIOD!

Like in one sitting I eat an apple, grapes, orange anda banana.. I love fruits. But... is too much too bad?

Well.. yea but like... I love fruit.. cause.. I dotn really eat meat much haha

I'm trying to take you seriously, but if your not into meat, use peas, beans, lentils, nuts and seeds. Also whole grains, rye, oat, millet, soy, tofu, low fat dairy, cheese, yogurt. 1/2 cup beans with 1.2 c rice, peanut butter, meatless chili, bean sprouts and cheese on salad, oatmeal, egg and wheat toast, grilled cheese and wheat bread. Any two foods from different food groups provide omplete protein in a 24 hr. period. General good health is accomplished with good food choices, and healthy portions, not eating fast foods, fatty foods, salty snacks, or sugary goodies. Lean meat, like skinless chicken, turkey breast, loin type meats, fish, veggies and frits, cut out processed foods, soda,
chips, fried or fast foods. Drink lots of water and exercise 4=5 times a week

Yey that's good. I do all that just some of those foods aren't in my diet. Like... millet...
I work out 6 times a weak for 30-60 minutes.

the only time I heard that expression about the best part being the skin, was when u eat fried chicken.
any other time when eating fruits or veggies, u either eat it hole or peel it. I don't think the skin is an issue in there case. I think as long as your eating them its better then not.:)
