Hi. I'm actually looking for some information on a tailor sewing machine we have in our possession. It is a model Western 300 (20x48) and we are wanting to sell. I do not know who to turn to in order to sell the item nor do I have any idea what it is worth. Help anyone?

Thanks,
Marie

Believe-it-or-not, someone recently asked about what would appear to be the same machine that you are asking about.

Here is the link: https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/collectibles/antique-sewing-machine-129981.html

There are also links on bottom of the link above and then subsequent links, also on the bottoms of the pages that have to do with things such as possible value and information on old sewing machines.

I have a Western Model 1603-B sewing machine. I am not sure much about it, or whether it is Western Electric Co. or just Western Sewing machine co. Does anyone know much about sewing machines with a logo that says "Western" on it? It also states that it is registered with the US Patent Office on the logo. If anyone knows anything about this machine please let me know.

Hi, chadc2006!

This is the really old thread of someone else that's now archived. So, it's not generally visible on the daily listings of currently active threads. This site doesn't work the same way that a chat room does. New questions need to be asked by starting a new thread.

I just accidentally happened to find your question.

If you would like for your question to be recognized as being your own and for it to get the most exposure, it would be best if you would start a new thread.

However, if you would like to keep your question the way that it is, I can move it to a new thread if you would let me know how you might like for it to be titled.

Thanks!

I have a Western Model 305 Sewing Machine (E723742). This was passed on in the family and I am wondering what it is for and its value.
