I've been pregnant twice, the first time I was really young and carried to 13.5 weeks and had an abortion, the second time I carried until I was 10.5 weeks and miscarried , I ahd to have an operation afterwards to clean me out, I was devastated. Now I can't seem to get pregnant at all, we have been trying so hard, trying on the days that I ovulate and fertile but nothing seems to be working, I'm taking pregnancy tablets to help get my body back to health. Please help

Most people who are actively trying actually take a year or more before they get pregnant. You were lucky before, but are more normal now.

If you have not had a physical within the last year I recommend you make an appointment just to be sure.

Maybe see a fertility specialist? Or make an appointment w/your OBGYN. They may be able to help you at least figure out the reason. I do know, however, that previous abortions do put you at a risk for future miscarriages, due to uterine and cervical scarring.

Good luck.

J is right. I know it can be frustrating, but 4 months of trying really isn't long at all. If you go 1 year without a pregnancy, make an appointment with your doctor for a physical. :)
